Ngwayi Tangiri Marcel is a vibrant hardworking and flexible youth leader, gender equality and peace advocate. Marcel is a BSc. holder in Communication and Development Studies. He is a public speaker, MC, field worker, project coordinator and is a computer literate with adequate knowledge on Microsoftword, Excel, Powerpoint, publisher, graphics designing and video editing. He is communications officer and field worker at CAGEAD.

Marcel has also been trained by international organisations on communication and public speaking, GBV, SRHR, Leadership, Public speaking, HR, Peacebuilding, Policy development, etc, providing him with awards and certificates.
